Having said that, it's important to me that you are happy with your artwork. If you are not satisfied, please notify me at within 3 days of receiving your artwork and we will do our best to come up with a solution.


Artwork is carefully packed and shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for the piece to leave the studio. Once the piece ships I will email you the tracking number.  Each piece will be insured and any damage claims can be made directly with the carrier. 

If we accept a return, you will be responsible for re-packing and paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the artwork and use a tracking method.
