SHIPPING AND REFUND POLICY
All sales are final.
Having said that, it's important to me that you are happy with your artwork. If you are not satisfied, please notify me at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your artwork and we will do our best to come up with a solution.
Artwork is carefully packed and shipped via UPS or USPS. Please allow 5-10 business days for the piece to leave the studio. Once the piece ships I will email you the tracking number. Each piece will be insured and any damage claims can be made directly with the carrier.
If we accept a return, you will be responsible for re-packing and paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the artwork and use a tracking method.
